The XDA Orbit 2 is a slim & lightweight 3G Smartphone which comes with easy to use business features which will suit business professionals & personal Smartphone users on the move. The Smartphone weighs 130 grams which is light for a 3G Smartphone & its overall dimensions are 110mm by 58mm by 15.5mm. The O2 XDA Orbit 2 comes with a colour touch screen display & the user can use the stylus provided to navigate their way through easy to manage menus & features. The touch screen is 2.8 Inches in size & displays up to 65k colours on a high resolution screen. The stylus slides neatly into the side of the casing which is ideal for carrying purposes. The user can use the stylus of the three hundred & sixty degree navigation wheel when selecting functions & features. This stylish Smartphone works on a Microsoft® Windows Mobile™ Pro version 6.0 operating system & supports Microsoft® document viewing capabilities in Microsoft® Word, Microsoft® PowerPoint & Microsoft® Excel format. The user can enjoy a business conference call & even take a call over the speaker system which leaves the user hands free when on a call. The speaker phone feature allows the user to talk freely over the phones loud speaker whilst resting the handset on a desk or table. The user can record voice reminders or memos on their O2 XDA Orbit 2 which can be stored & played back at any time to suit the user. The Smartphone supports a handwriting recognition feature which allows the user to write on the touch screen using the stylus & Orbit 2 will predict what the user is writing & turn it into characters. The messaging services allow the user to communicate with others using text, picture, & video as a way of communication. The user can share an online chat with other compatible users using the instant messaging service or share photos or video clips using the multimedia messaging service known as MMS messaging. The O2 XDA Orbit 2 supports a Microsoft® direct push email service which allows the user to receive emails directly to their mobile Smartphone. A rechargeable battery comes with the Smartphone & when fully charged will supply up to four hundred & fifty hours of standby time or up to four hours of talk time. The built in 3G HSDPA technology allows the user to experience high speed Internet access, fast data transfers & 3G video calling.
